Featuring a mixed-use project located on Abbot Kinney Blvd. in Venice, California by Dennis Gibbens Architects. The ground floor houses parking and a retail space; the two floors above contain a single-family residence. Loving the selection of materials throughout: the roughly textured concrete, stone, tile, stainless steel, stained woods, smooth terrazzo floors.

Nice integration of a bathroom, especially the grey tile and glass (and it looks great with the red throw, don't you think?)
